MEET THE OWNERMeet Morgan, the owner and General Contractor behind Fortress Contracting.
Morgan brings years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, working alongside some of Arizona’s custom home builders and learning the ins and outs of building, remodeling, and managing projects from the ground up.
After years of experience in the field, Morgan and his wife, Kylie, decided to build something of their own. Together, they created Fortress Contracting as a husband-and-wife-owned company focused on quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and an elevated client experience.
Morgan leads the construction side of Fortress—from estimating and project management to coordinating trades and making sure every detail is completed to the standard their clients deserve.
For Morgan, construction isn’t just a career—it’s what he loves to do, and Fortress is the opportunity to build something lasting for both their clients and their family.

Kylie DuPuis|Chief Operating Officer & Co - Owner
MEET THE CO-OWNERMeet Kylie, the woman behind the operations at Fortress Contracting.
As COO and Co-Owner, Kylie helps oversee client communication, organization, marketing, selections, scheduling, and the overall client experience.
Before construction, Kylie built her career in high-pressure leadership roles, including running well-known hospitals as their administrator and serving as a career firefighter. Those experiences shaped the organization, communication, and calm-under-pressure approach she brings to Fortress today.
Alongside her husband, Morgan, she found a love for construction and helped build Fortress into the husband-and-wife-owned business it is today.
While Morgan leads the construction side as CEO & General Contractor, Kylie helps make sure the client experience and day-to-day operations are just as strong.

Meet Tuff, our four-legged team member and unofficial Chief Morale Officer. His responsibilities include supervising snack breaks, boosting office morale, inspecting everyone who walks through the door, and looking extremely professional in a Fortress polo.
We believe a luxury business can still have personality, laugh a little, and enjoy the people—and pups—we get to build it with.
Tuff may not be running your project anytime soon, but he’s definitely part of the Fortress family.
